Returns

We would be deeply saddened if you were to return an item but we understand occasionally this can occur. If so please ensure you follow this procedure in order for us to process your return.

To arrange a return, you must contact info@idntyclothing.com stating your order number and the reason for return. Once your return has been approved, you will be provided with futher instructions

Items must be unused and re-sellable as new, including undamaged packaging. Please don't use scissors or knives to open your package; you are able to just tear the packaging open. Returns with scissor or knife marks will not be accepted. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with tags still attached.

 Please be very careful when trying products on, for example, please ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant, or antiperspirant which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.

We thoroughly inspect items as soon as they are received; as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for resale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

All branded tags and barcode labels must be attached and intact.

Please ensure to enclose your original invoice as proof of purchase, any item(s) returned without proof of purchase will be refused. The returns table on the back of the invoice must be filled out accordingly.

All items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. We recommend sending your item(s) back to us on a tracked service as the item(s) remains the customers responsibility until a signature by IDNTY Clothing has been obtained. We advise for you to obtain a certificate of postage for your records.

Please note: In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer returns of any form on pierced jewellery, underwear and swimwear. We also do not offer a free returns service and all returns are at the customers own cost.

This returns information refers to online purchases only and is not inclusive of a clearance sale item.

International Returns:

If you are an international customer, any items must be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt.
